Company directors Neil Walker and Anthony Baker (50yrs combined experience) are involved hands-on on a daily basis and together have created a strong reputation for quality workmanship, quality plant, and staff as well as for completing projects on time and on budget. They strongly believe in creating a culture of teamwork and training which has resulted in their ongoing success over the last 10 years. The company has grown significantly over the last five years to a team of over 30 and Neil and Anthony are well supported by Operations Manager Murray Rose and a number of specialist Project Supervisors. The strength and experience of the team have reduced dependence on subcontracted trade and provides operational flexibility.
The crew also enjoys the reputation of being easy and enjoyable to work with an excellent level of communication.
